Non-Public Agency
We are a California Department of Education certified NPA. What does this mean?
Public schools are required to provide a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) to eligible Special Education Students, age 3-21. If a student’s Special Education needs cannot be met within a given district, the district may contract with an approved Non-Public Agency (NPA) for special education and related services.
Our Special Education Coordinators assist school districts and students’ families to provide additional support outside of the classroom.
Our company has been helping children since 1983. We have partnered with over 300 School Districts and Government Agencies. Our Special Education Providers are Credentialed and/or Licensed Professionals. We are an excellent resource for public, non-public, and private schools. This is a cost-effective solution for school districts that do not have to pay additional Payroll or Social Security Taxes for their contracted staff. One-to-one sessions are tailored to meet each child’s specific needs.
We are an excellent resource for families, public, non-public, private schools, advocates and attorneys. Our Special Education Consultants can conduct and review assessments, attend IEP meetings, and provide recommendations for the best ways to meet a child’s unique needs.
